Core Technical Performance The 2700R provides exceptional measurement accuracy of ±0.1% of rate (liquid) and ±0.5% of rate (gas), supporting flow ranges from 0–0.01 kg/s to 0–3400 kg/s (0–0.02–7500 lbm/s). It delivers a 4–20 mA analog output with HART® 7 digital communication, enabling remote configuration, diagnostics, and calibration via tools like the Emerson Field Communicator. Powered by 10.5–42 V DC loop power, the transmitter operates reliably in extreme ambient temperatures from -40°C to +85°C (-40°F to +185°F), with response times under 100 milliseconds. Its Coriolis sensor design ensures direct mass flow measurement, eliminating the need for temperature or pressure compensation in most applications.
Innovative Design and Durability The 2700R features 316L Stainless Steel, Hastelloy C-276, Monel 400, or Titanium wetted materials, ensuring compatibility with corrosive, abrasive, or high-temperature media. Available with flanged (ANSI/DIN/JIS), threaded (NPT/BSP), or hygienic clamp-style connections, it adheres to ASME B16.5/B16.47 and ISO 7005 standards. The IP66/IP67-rated aluminum or stainless steel enclosure protects against dust, moisture, and mechanical impacts. Its sensors withstand vibration (2g RMS) and shock (50g), ensuring long-term reliability in offshore platforms, refineries, and chemical plants.
