Yokogawa's Vortex Flowmeters VY Series is developed with two key technologies, the digital technology and inherited unique structure from YEWFLO series.

Features

High - measurement accuracy: Advanced digital signal processing technology and sensor technology are adopted, with high - measurement accuracy. For liquids, the accuracy can reach ± 0.75%, and for gases and steam, the accuracy can reach ± 1.0%.
Rich in functions: Through the advanced digitalization of internal signals, it has a verification function for the entire device, including the vortex generator and sensor elements. It can also detect pipeline vibrations, etc. In addition, it has a variety of calculation functions, such as temperature and pressure compensation and energy calculation.

Wide range of applications: The connection port size ranges from 15 to 400mm, the process temperature range is from - 196°C to 450°C, and the process pressure range is up to ASME 900 - class, and some models can even reach ASME 1500 - class. It can measure the flow of liquids, gases, saturated steam and superheated steam.
