Conductivity compact device Smartec CLD132

Smartec CLD132 is a measuring system for inductive conductivity. The combination of a transmitter and a sensor is interference-free, easy-to-use and features a stainless steel temperature sensor that gives you an ultrafast temperature response for reliable measurement in separation applications.

Smartec CLD132 is suited to applications such as:

Alkaline/acid concentration control in remaking
Phase separation of product/water and product/product mixtures in pipe systems
Product monitoring

Flexible Temperature Compensation: It offers linear compensation with a freely selectable temperature coefficient α, compensation according to IEC 746 - 3 for NaCl, and compensation with a freely programmable coefficient table with a maximum of 10 elements, which can be adjusted according to different application requirements to improve measurement accuracy.
Convenient Operation and Communication: There are various operating possibilities, such as keys, HART - hand - held terminal, Profibus PA/DP, and PC with CommuWin II software. It also supports multiple communication protocols and interfaces, facilitating communication and integration with other devices and systems.

High - reliability Measurement Principle: It adopts inductive conductivity measurement. A generator generates an alternating magnetic field in the primary coil, which induces a current in the medium.

Hygienic Design: The housing is made of polished stainless steel, and the sensor is made of seamless PEEK, which minimizes the risk of contamination and supports CIP (Cleaning in Place) and SIP (Sterilization in Place) processes, meeting the hygiene requirements of the food and beverage industry

Fast Temperature Response: The integrated stainless - steel temperature sensor ensures extremely fast temperature response times (T90 < 5 s), which is very important for applications such as CIP return monitoring and phase separation, enhancing measurement accuracy.

Wide Measurement Range: The measurement range is from 100 µs/cm to 2,000 ms/cm, which can meet the measurement needs of different conductivity media.
