Step | Procedure |
1 | Select installation location: Ensure vibration-free, accessible position with ambient temperature -40°C to +85°C. Avoid direct sunlight and excessive humidity. |
2 | Mount transmitter: a) Use 2-inch pipe mounting bracket (supplied). b) Alarrow mark on housing with process flow direction. c) Tighten bracket bolts to 20 N·m torque. |
3 | Connect process: a) Install block valves and impulse tubing. b) Use 1/4" NPT female connections. c) Apply thread sealant on male threads (PTFE tape recommended). |
4 | Electrical connections: a) Open 3/4" NPT conduit entry. b) Connect 18-12 AWG wires to terminals 1(+) and 2(-). c) Maintain 50V AC/DC minimum insulation resistance. |
