1. Safety Precautions

2. Unpacking and Inspection
2.1 Inspect the shipping container for punctures, dents, or moisture ingress. Document damages with photographs for carrier claims.

3. Mounting the Transmitter

3.4 Mounting Bracket Installation:
For pipe mounting, use a 2-inch diameter Schedule 40 pipe with a wall thickness ≥ 3.91 mm (0.154").
Secure the U-bolt clamp with 9-11 ft-lb (12-15 N·m) torque to avoid housing deformation.
4. Electrical Wiring
4.1Power Requirements:
Ensure loop impedance ≤ (Vsupply - 10.5V) / 0.022A for proper 4-20 mA operation.
Use Class 1, Division 1 certified barriers in hazardous locations per NEC/CEC guidelines.
4.2 Terminal Connections:
