266MST – ABBb Differential pressure transmitter with multisensor technology

ABBb Model 266MST is the top performance differential pressure transmitter with "multisensor technology" suitable for measuring liquid, gas or steam flow as well as level, pressure and density in  applications with working pressure up to 41Mpa / 5945psi.

ABBb 266MST differential pressure transmitter is a traditional type for differential pressure measurement, measure range from -10Mpa to 10Mpa, maximum static pressure is up to 60Mpa and maximum turn down ratio up to 100:1, standard accuracy is 0.04%, meets SIL2,SIL3 safety applications as per IEC 61508 standard. Accordingly to customer requests, it can either be integrated to five way or three way M26 manifold, or remote connection to manifold via impulse line.

The unique combination of multiple sensor systems in a single device enables the simultaneous measurement of differential pressure and absolute pressure. Additionally, the sensor temperature and absolute pressure are utilized to eliminate the environmental effects on the sensor.

High Accuracy: The base accuracy can reach ±0.04% (±0.025% is optional), which ensures highly accurate measurement results.
Multisensor Technology: It combines multiple sensor systems, enabling the simultaneous measurement of differential pressure, absolute pressure, and sensor temperature, which helps to eliminate environmental interference.
Wide Span Limits: The span limits range from 0.05 to 10000 kpa (0.2 inH2O to 1450 psi), meeting the measurement requirements of different applications.
Easy Configuration: It features an in - field replaceable electronics module with auto - configuration functionality. The intuitive plug - and - play display and easy setup procedure save time and reduce maintenance and inventory costs. Moreover, the TTG (Through The Glass) technology allows users to configure the instrument in the field without removing the windowed front cover.
Safety Certification: Certified by TUV NORD for use in safety - instrumented systems, it meets the requirements for SIL2 applications in a single transmitter configuration (1oo1) and for SIL3 applications in a redundant configuration (1oo2).
